A custom PC that fits your work, not a spec sheet.
We spec, source, assemble and stress-test machines for people who render, edit, simulate and play. One fixed price, one point of contact, no mystery parts.
Four ways people use us
Most first conversations are about one job the current machine cannot finish. Start there.
Full custom builds
New machines specced around your software, monitors and budget. You approve the parts list and the price before anything is ordered.
- Editing, 3D and CAD workstations
- High-refresh and 4K gaming builds
- Quiet, small-form-factor office PCs
Upgrades to what you own
Often the honest answer is a fraction of a new build: storage, memory, a GPU, a cooler, or a power supply that is holding everything back.
- NVMe storage and RAM additions
- GPU and PSU swaps with headroom checks
- Thermal repaste and noise fixes
Creator workstations
Machines for 4K and 6K timelines, colour work and renders, where the bottleneck is usually decode, memory bandwidth or storage — not the number on the box.
- Codec-aware CPU and GPU pairing
- Scratch and cache drive planning
- Fan curves tuned for long exports
Diagnostics & repairs
Random reboots, thermal throttling, dead USB ports, a machine that got slower every month. We test the parts one at a time and tell you what failed.
- Stability and stress testing
- Power and thermal diagnosis
- A written explanation, in plain words
Four steps, no surprises
Tell us the job
Your apps, your footage or games, your monitors, your budget ceiling, and what your current machine gets wrong. A short form is enough to start.
Get a fixed parts list and price
We send the exact parts, the price, and a sentence on why each one is there — including the ones we recommend against. You approve before anything is ordered.
Assembly and stress testing
Clean cable routing, updated firmware, a correct memory profile, and hours of load testing on CPU, GPU and storage. Anything unstable is replaced before shipping.
Handover you can use
Your OS set up, drivers current, thermals documented, and the original boxes and spare cables on request. Then support is a message away.
Read before you spend
Three long-form guides that answer the questions we get every week. No part-of-the-month hype.
Custom PC Builder: How to Choose One, and What to Ask Before You Pay
A custom builder is only as good as the questions you ask. Parts transparency, testing, warranty and lead times — the checklist to run before you send a deposit.
What a Custom PC Build Service Does — and What It Actually Costs
A line-by-line look at what you pay for in a custom PC build service, where the money goes, what should never be an extra, and when building it yourself is the better call.
The Best CPU for 4K Video Editing: How to Choose Yours
Cores are not the whole story. How 4K editing actually uses a CPU, the specs that decide timeline smoothness, and a decision table for every editing profile.
Questions we get a lot
Can I send my own parts?
Usually yes. We test what arrives, tell you if anything is wrong or incompatible, and build around it. Assembly-only work is quoted separately.
Will you just say my PC is fine?
Yes, when it is. If an upgrade will not change the thing that annoys you, we say so and save you the money. That is the whole point of talking to a builder first.
How long does a build take?
Depends on parts availability and testing time, and we give you a date in the quote. Rush work is possible when the parts are in stock — ask early.
What about warranty?
Parts keep their manufacturer warranty, and our own workmanship is covered separately. We handle the claim paperwork with the supplier so you are not chasing it.
Do you build for gaming only?
No. A large share of our builds never launch a game — they run a timeline, a render queue, a CAD assembly or a trading platform. The spec follows the work.
Do you support the machine after delivery?
Yes. Message us with what changed and we will help diagnose it. Remote troubleshooting is free for builds we shipped.
